Contains a comprehensive set of measures designed to prevent discrimination in discipline practices, improve school climate, reduce exclusionary discipline and referrals to law enforcement agencies, and promote supportive practices and strategies to manage student behavior. The agreement also includes remedies specific to ELL students/language accessibility of the system of discipline and behavioral interventions and supports.
