Yet, many campuses continue to offer housing options that do little to tap into critical academic and social components for students. Failing to utilize the residential experience to engage students forces many campuses to work harder to successfully meet student social and academic needs. This conference focuses on developing or revitalizing campus housing projects that create intentional academic and social experiences. Through case studies, collaborative working opportunities, and a site visit to successful housing projects, this hands-on institute will provide an integrated and practical approach to student housing planning and design.
