The U.S. Department of Education estimates that 550,000 borrowers with consolidation loans as well as many others could eventually benefit from temporarily expanded eligibility. If you are employed by a U.S. federal (including U.S. military service), state, local, or tribal government, or some non-profit organizations, you might be eligible to have your student loans canceled. Join representatives from the U.S. Department of Education and the White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for HBCUs to learn about recent changes to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Borrowers who qualify for PSLF can have their student loan debt reduced to $0. This workshop will provide accurate updated information about the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program and support borrowers who are African American, or from other historically disenfranchised groups. Register.
