The Central Valley has a college graduate problem. Can this Fresno State program help?

When Allison Howard began attending Fresno State straight from high school in 2005, she always planned to finish. Now 16 years after she took her first class at Fresno State, Howard will be earning her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts as part of the Class of 2021.
