College students return to N.J. dorms with more rules after COVID-stricken winter break

College officials at public and private institutions said they’ve been preparing to welcome back students. Protocols will vary. Some New Jersey colleges recommend students limit the number of people who join them for move-in day. Others are reminding students that booster shots will be required to live in dorms and attend in-person classes. And various schools have opened free vaccine and test clinics to make it easy for returning students to access resources.
