Avoiding School Suspension: Assessment of a Trauma-Informed Intervention with Court-Involved, Female Students

Presents research data on a school-based intervention for court-involved female students who have experienced trauma. The Monarch Room was designed as an alternative to traditional disciplinary practices and offered the girls a place to decompress or de-escalate and receive support.
