Child Trends Report: Homeless Children and Youth

Consolidates research on different patterns and growths, occurring between 2005 and 2013, in data reported on the population of homeless students in the United States. The data comes from two primary sources: school districts, which are required to report on the number of homeless students they serve, and censuses of homeless shelters and temporary housing conducted by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development.
