Clearing the Air on E-cigarettes: Understanding the FDA’s E-Cigarette Regulations and the Need to Go After Menthol and Flavors

Discusses the impact of the FDA's ban on the sale of electronic nicotine devices (ENDs), also called e-cigarettes, to people younger than 18. The new rules require a photo ID to purchase tobacco products, prohibit free samples, and selling tobacco products in vending machines. Stanton A.
