Louisiana Programmatic Intervention Implementation Planning Tool (S3)

Presents planning framework which includes information regarding specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound (SMART) goals, school climate improvement focus areas, and intervention programs. The plans are intended to be updated annually. This tool was designed by the Louisiana Safe Supportive Schools Initiative based on their work under the Safe Supportive Schools (S3) Grant Program.
