National Higher Education Emergency Management Program Needs Assessment

Presents the results of a needs assessment of emergency management programs (EMPs) at institutions of higher education (IHEs) in the U.S. The findings are based on information collected from a national survey of emergency management practitioners at U.S. IHEs, targeted interviews, case studies, discussions at a summit of representatives of Oregon IHEs, and input from a project advisory committee.
