TRAILS (Transforming Research into Action to Improve the Lives of Students)

Builds a network of coaches and school professionals by training them in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. TRAILS seeks to improve youth access to evidence-based mental health services by training school mental health professionals in effective practices. Website includes a wide variety of mental health resources for teachers to use with children grades 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
