Fact Sheet: Helping More Americans Complete College: New Proposals For Success

Summarizes the efforts of the Obama Administration in enhancing access and affordability of postsecondary education through its investments in financial aid, particularly in the form of Pell Grants. Building on this progress, the Administration is calling for new investments in the federal Pell Grant Program. The new Pell proposal will enable students with financial need to attend school year-round and take more credits per term, increasingly their likelihood of on-time completion.
