Engaged Faculty, Engaged Students: Planning for FY24

Much has been said in the media about faculty being "burned out." How can we address the concerns raised by this conversation? How can we move forward with small steps to support faculty in their everyday work lives. Participate in a discussion of this perceived challenge. Panelists will explore how and where to start in understanding faculty needs, how to empower faculty by giving them space to engage, and how to change the narrative to be more motivating and supportive.
