The speaker of this grand rounds, Alice Kuo, MD, PhD, MBA is a professor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), and of Health Policy and Management in the Fielding University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Public Health. She is also Chief of Medicine-Pediatrics at UCLA. During her presentation, she will talk about the crisis and share with us her work in gathering a coalition of advocates who were able to mobilize and provide testimonies at city council meetings.
