Most D.C.-area colleges and universities have yet to finalize commencement plans

In mid-March in a normal year (remember those?) college seniors would be counting down the days to graduation, administrators would be finalizing commencement ceremony plans and family members would be locking down travel, hotel and restaurant reservations to make sure the celebration went off without a hitch. This year though, for many area colleges and universities, it’s still a game of wait-and-see. And even firm decisions aren’t always firm. Some schools that had announced plans are scrambling to revisit them.
