State Launches Education Grants for Pre-School Workers

Stressing the need for highly qualified teachers in pre-school settings, Pennsylvania is launching a $1.4 million grant program to provide aid to pre-school workers seeking associate and bachelor's degrees as well as Pennsylvania PreK-4 certification.
