Reducing and Eliminating Disproportionality in School Discipline Guidance Document (Phase II)

Provides guidance and information on how local school system discipline data will be analyzed by the state using two complementary measures: the risk ratio measure and the state comparison measure and details data collection, definitions and calculations of out-of-school suspension and expulsion data with an emphasis on determining whether school discipline practices are having a disproportionate impact on students of color and students with disabilities.
