Underage Drinking Declined Between 2002 and 2013

Introduces a new report from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) which found a significant decline in the level of underage alcohol consumption, as well as a drop in underage binge drinking. The report is based on SAMHSA's National Survey on Drug Use and Health Report, an annual national survey of 67,500 Americans aged 12 and older.
