The Male Student Success Initiative: Investing in the Success of Men of Color

Conducts an efficacy evaluation of the Male Student Success Initiative's (MSSI) program model through its Men of Color College Achievement (MoCCA) Project. MoCCA began by partnering with Community College of Baltimore County to support program model refinements aligned with empirical research findings and has now moved into an evaluation phase.
